Moist chocolate cuppies!


Probably one of my most successful cuppies — moist rich (very) chocolate cupcakes!!

One of my most successful because
1) they didn’t rise more than 2 cm above the cups, in fact, most barely rose past mid-way of the cups.

2) it’s not sweet at all! In fact it’s uh-hem, bitter because I reduced the sugar and there’s cocoa powder.

3) because it’s not sweet, it matches well with the buttercream which is as usual, too sweet!

So, I guess I’m a happy person as I have decided that this will be one of the cuppies to be baked on meimei’s birthday! Yay!
