清粥小菜II

I got hooked onto cooking this. Going to make it a weekly affair. Easy peasy meal for the girls and me. I would just cook the porridge in the slow cooker before I send the kids to the school and go for my workout. Then when they are home I would quick do simple stir fry or fry eggs. So, here’s the menu for today 🙂

Stir fry beans with mushroom and poached fish. The salted egg is for yours truly although the girls like it too (yes, I shall not feed them too often)
